Tessi is a lunch-themed content sharing community operated by Tessi Team. The app allows users to post images and text related to daily meals, lunch ideas, and food moments, and to interact with others through comments, reactions, and private messaging.
By creating an account, browsing content, or posting on Tessi, you agree to follow the rules described in this document. If you do not accept these terms, please do not continue using the service.
Tessi is intended for users 17 years of age or older. We do not provide services to children.
Tessi is designed as a casual, lifestyle-oriented community focused on lunch experiences and food sharing. Content on the platform reflects personal opinions and experiences shared by users.
Tessi does not provide nutritional advice, medical guidance, dietary planning, or health recommendations. Any food-related information shared within the community is for social discussion only and should not be treated as professional advice.
When you post content or interact with others on Tessi, you are expected to act respectfully and responsibly.
You agree not to post, share, or promote content that involves violence, sexual or explicit material, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior. Content that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome is not permitted.
Tessi provides in-app tools that allow users to report or block inappropriate content or behavior. Reports are reviewed by the Tessi Team, and we aim to respond within 24 hours.
All content posted on Tessi is user-generated. You remain fully responsible for the images, text, and messages you submit, including ensuring that you have the right to share such content.
By posting on Tessi, you grant Tessi Team a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app for operational and community purposes. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required for legal or safety reasons.
Tessi Team reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly breach community rules.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. Any activity under your account is assumed to be authorized by you.
Tessi may update features, adjust community tools, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific feature.
The Tessi app, including its interface, design, logos, and underlying technology, belongs to Tessi Team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.
User-generated content remains owned by the user, subject to the usage license described above.
Tessi is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee content accuracy, uninterrupted service, or specific user outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Tessi Team is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from community interactions or user-posted content.
You may stop using Tessi at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app. Tessi Team may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risks to the community.
